From Idea to Refinement
Step 1 - Shine as a Base
Cold transfer with KPS Slim 2.0 gives the motif a metallic brilliance and ensures vibrant color contrasts and shimmering details. It is overprinted inline with 4c, creating a powerful foundation.
Step 2 - Elegance in Silver
With SILVER LINE® Sails, we create shiny highlights using a hot stamping process. Edelweiss, coats of arms, and the circular view of Hallstatt are also blind embossed - this makes the elements stand out with elegant nuances and creates a tangible depth.
Step 3 - Floating Accents
The Vienna Ferris wheel with its gondolas is given hot-stamped accents with LUXOR® 392 MTS. The two-stage embossing makes the gondolas float in front of the Alpine panorama.
Step 4 - Structures That Tell Stories
With LUXOR® 385 MTS in the hot stamping process, we bring the finest structures into play: The gondola frames are highlighted, and the year is effectively emphasized. A contour edge with micro-embossing lends it additional elegance. The KURZ logo stands out as a raised relief in the upper right corner, presenting itself as a strong brand statement.
Step 5 - Pure Haptics
Finally, the Ferris wheel struts, gondolas, and other details are given a deep blind embossing. The Alps in the background gain plasticity thanks to these relief structures. The result is a play of highs and lows that fascinates, both when viewed and when touched.
