Creation Process: Our Wall Calendar 2023
The Motif
The main motif of our this year’s calendar shows the Széchenyi Chain Bridge in Budapest, one of the most famous landmarks of the Danube city. Through it, the then still independent cities of Buda and Pest were connected, which was instrumental in the economic boom. In the background you can see the Hungarian Parliament, which is located to the north.
First Step
The first step was the four-color overprint of the cold transfer with ALUFIN® KPS 2.0 (patent pending).
Second Step
In step number two, the hot stamping of the annual numbers and the peppers took place with LUXOR® 429 N.
Third Step
In the third and final finishing step, the relief embossing and decorations of the numbers, the folkloric symbols and the logo were created using LUXOR® 385.
