Wall Calendar 2025
Creation Process: Our Wall Calendar 2025

For our 2025 wall calendar, we have focused on the fascinating country of Brazil this year. The country's diverse nature and vibrant culture served as a source of inspiration for the selection of motifs.
The majestic jaguar, the dense rainforest and iconic landmarks such as the Sugar Loaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro or architectural highlights such as the Edifício Altino Arantes and the Octávio Frias de Oliveira Bridge in São Paulo symbolize the unique beauty of Brazil. These elements adorn the elaborately refined calendar page and allow the powerful soul of the country to shine in all its splendor.
First Step:
First, LIGHT LINE® Laser was applied using cold transfer and overprinted inline with 4-color offset.
Second Step:
The parrots, the toucan and the staircase were finished flat with LUMAFIN® Yellow 710. The simultaneously three-dimensional depiction of the jaguar was achieved by embossing using the 2-in-1 technique. This involves hot and blind embossing in a single operation using a single embossing tool.

Third Step:
This was followed by finishing with LUMAFIN® Green 730 with the leaves embossed in relief and simultaneous blind embossing of the parrots.
Fourth Step:
This was followed by finishing with LUXOR® 107465 N (My Green) as relief embossing in various parts of the foliage.
Fifth Step:
In the final step, the year was embossed with an individual structure and raised sculptured relief, while the KURZ logo was decorated as a relief embossing in LUXOR® 385 Gold. The special feature: The brass stamp of the year is flattened at the lower edge of the number 5 to make the embossing of the jaguar in 3D more visible.
The stamping technology of our subsidiary H+M was used for all embossing. Finishing processes such as cold transfer and hot stamping are just a small part of the extensive range that LEONHARD KURZ offers you.
